Root work is a practice of taking accountability and ownership of your life starting with creating change within yourself. I picked 5 of my "Root Work" notes at random and these were the topics of this episode.

1) God is not wrong! So why are you hiding if God is not wrong? Why have you given up on yourself, why do you talk to yourself like trash when he never gives up on you?

2) It's ok to care what people think about you, it's not ok to be controlled by what people think

3) You need a new leader. You keep being lead by your feelings. You keep being lead by your frustrations. You keep being led by your limits. You need a new leader or you're going to die in the desert/wilderness of "What if"

4) Is the God of your High's still your God during your Lows and Let Downs?

5) The greater the faith, the deeper the disappointment. Having low expectations out of life is a defense mechanism against disappointment because if you dont venture out, you dont have to be vulnerable.
